Class Description
During this class, I was able to expand my knowledge from CAD 1. We started off with single view mechanical drawings then moved into the orthographic drawings. We were then introduced to oblique layout drawings. After the mechanical drawings, we moved onto using computer programs such as AutoCAD and Fusion 360. AutoCAD was primarily focused on 2D drawings and to gain the basic functions of an online program. Fusion 360 began the work on 3D modeling, drawings, and assemblies.

Conclusion
I feel like this class was a great deeper dive into the material covered in CAD 1. Through the more advanced drawings I was able to develop more techniques and skills that will benefit me in the future. My favorite drawing that I completed was the final caster drawing and assembly. If time permitted, I would have liked to gain some experience with the Revit program to apply my CAD skills into an architectural environment.
